The Fig has been teaching teachers for over a decade, and are considered leaders in the yoga & movement education space (we’re serious… many people who we trained now lead their own trainings). Our teaching methodology is rooted in the great work of Bells Hooks, Joseph Campbell, and Brené Brown. We geek out on Biomechanics & Pain Science, and we prioritize critical thinking over lineage or dogma.
