Stand up. Bring your feet hip width distance.
Rag Doll your upper body over your legs.
Plant your feet firmly and press down into the ground.
Soften your knees as much as it will serve you.
Take hand to opposite elbow or bicep 💪🏼 or keep arms draped down for support.
Drop your head.
Set your gaze to one spot.
Take 10 deep breaths.

Stand back up.
Carry on.
