Turn your daily routine into a mini workout! While brushing your teeth, stand tall and slowly lift your heels off the ground, balancing on the balls of your feet. Pause at the top for a second, then lower back down with control. Repeat until you're done brushing! 🦷✨

Think of your back leg as kick stand.
Feet are hip width apart.
80% of your body weight is on the front leg.
