Our mission is to change the narrative surrounding women, provide access to opportunities, and help young women cultivate strong values and a sense of self-worth. Bellas Fashionistas is a movement that focuses on the empowered women - since fashion plays a major role on our society, "fashion" is the platform to motivate, encourage, and educate Latina youth and women to believe in their abilities and follow their dreams through inspirational stories and life experiences.

Led by the phenomenal Clarissa M. Rodriguez, Esq., Advisory Board Member of the Bellas Foundation and Board Member of the NYS Workers’ Compensation Board, this session will ignite your mindset and unlock your leadership potential.

The Hero Code workshop helps young adults transform self-doubt into self-leadership by reframing adversity as the beginning of their origin story. Through real world examples, participants discover that success isn’t reserved for the lucky- it’s coded in universal traits they can develop.
