I’m thrilled to share that Episode 5 has just dropped, and it’s one I’ve been excited about for weeks!

This time, I’m chatting with the wonderful Bridgette Simmonds (or as I like to call her, “coach extraordinaire”). Bridgette isn’t just an amazing wellness coach - she’s also one of my favorite people, and I think you’ll quickly see why.

In this heartfelt conversation, Bridgette opens up about her journey from the corporate insurance world to founding her own thriving wellness coaching practice. She also shares insights on how others can design their transition from where they are to where they’d like to be.

Can’t wait for you to listen and be inspired! ✨

This had to be one of the most amazing professional experiences I've had. .curto invited me to lead a workshop, "Taking Yourself Seriously as a Creative/Writer" at the Keys to the Castle Workshop's writer's retreat in Quebec City, Canada. One year and 3 months before this experience, I created a video about taking myself seriously as a creative (in a chateau in France 🏰🇫🇷)and then I used my professional expertise and lived experience to help others do the same (in a chateau in Quebec 🏰🇨🇦).

Grateful for the opportunity to bring creativity, wellness, coaching and leadership into one space, meet other amazing and accomplished writers while being able to fully experience the beautiful Fairmont Chateau Le Frontenac. More retreats, chateaus, creativity. and international experiences to come!! My angels on the other side are working it all out ❤️

The last 3 months have been so full! The intense curriculum, accountability, resources, and community have been invaluable. Entrepreneurship is both challenging and invigorating and the learning never stops….neither does the need for mentorship and guidance. I’m grateful to Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women/NYU Stern School of Business for being one of those sources. Excited about what’s to come, stay tuned!
