The belly button is one of the most important details in a tummy tuck. It’s not moved—it’s carefully reshaped and brought through the newly tightened skin to create a natural, seamless result. Precision at every step ensures the belly button looks elegant, not operated on.

In plastic surgery, it’s often the smallest details that make the biggest difference. Watch me perform an abdominoplasty, step by step!

Wishing everyone a joyful Purim filled with happiness, laughter, and something sweet. Chag Purim Sameach! 🎭
I’m celebrating Purim the homemade way—with my own delicious hamantaschen! Just like in surgery, the magic is all in the details, patience, and a personal touch.

CO2 laser vs IPL—what’s the difference, and which is right for you?

While both improve skin tone and texture, they work very differently. CO2 laser resurfacing is a deeper, more intensive treatment that targets wrinkles, scars, and significant sun damage by stimulating collagen and renewing the skin. IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is gentler, with minimal downtime, and is ideal for treating pigmentation, redness, and overall skin clarity.

The best choice depends on your skin concerns, goals, and how much downtime you’re willing to have. A personalized approach is key to achieving the most natural, beautiful results.

I was honored to contribute to 5TJT, discussing a question that comes up often in my practice: is there really such a thing as a “Jewish nose”? This article explores how cultural perceptions and historical stereotypes have shaped the conversation—and why aesthetic decisions should always be personal, thoughtful, and empowering.

As a plastic surgeon, my goal is never to change who someone is, but to help them feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. I’m grateful to be part of this important discussion.

One year later and the results speak for themselves. ✨

At one year post–breast augmentation, implants have fully settled, scars have continued to fade, and the breasts have softened into a natural look and feel. This stage reflects the true, long-term outcome—balanced, proportional, and beautifully natural.

Every result is customized to complement the patient’s body and help them feel confident in their own skin.

What if you could tighten skin and reduce fat—without the downtime of a traditional surgery? BodyTite is a minimally invasive treatment that uses radiofrequency energy to melt fat and tighten skin at the same time.

Using advanced technology from InMode, BodyTite stimulates collagen production while contouring areas like the abdomen, arms, thighs, and neck. The result is smoother, firmer, more sculpted contours with smaller incisions and faster recovery and less bruising compared to traditional procedures. BodyTite can even be done under local anesthesia.

Honored to be featured in the Winter 2026 issue of NewBeauty Top Doctors. Being able to share my philosophy—that the art of plastic surgery lies in restraint—is something I am deeply passionate about. My goal has always been to enhance, not change, helping patients look like the best, most confident version of themselves.

Your filler results don’t just depend on the injection—they depend on how you care for your skin after. 💧

Following proper post-filler instructions helps minimize swelling, supports healing, and protects your results. Staying hydrated, avoiding excess heat and pressure early on, and maintaining a consistent skincare routine all make a difference. Medical-grade skincare, like the SkinBetter Science line, can help support collagen, improve skin quality, and extend the longevity of your filler. When your skin is healthier, your results look better—and last longer.

Think of filler as the foundation, and skincare as the maintenance that keeps everything looking its best. ✨

Weight loss medications can be life changing — but they’re not safe to take right before surgery. In this video, I explain why GLP-1s and other weight loss meds need to be paused before surgery, how they affect anesthesia and digestion, and what patients should know to stay safe. Timing matters, and your surgical team needs the full picture to plan appropriately.
