We understand that customers get eager to receive payment as soon as they can see the package has been delivered to us. We typically do send payment the same day that shipment is received; however, we receive many many shipments everyday, and so it takes time for us to go through each shipment. Depending on what time the shipments

were received, and also depending on the volume of shipments received sometimes it takes an extra day for us to process all new shipments. If you can see that the package has been delivered to us, then we kindly ask you to rest assured that your shipment will be reviewed and payment issued just as soon as possible. We like to keep our customers happy by paying as quick as possible!

Although we highly recommend using our pre paid labels or kits that integrate with our system and allow automated tracking updates 24/7, you may choose to mail yourself (using any carrier), and we will reimburse your shipping up to the same costs for USPS Ground Advantage or regular Priority Mail. Ship to us in a sturdy box to protect the supplies, and allow the shipping cost to be shown on the shipping label. We reimburse you for your shipping charges when we pay you for your supplies.

If you find yourself re-using one of our pre-paid shipping labels, you will want to reconsider! 🚀 USPS labels are created for ONE-TIME use only. 📮 They have recently alerted us that they will no longer be delivering boxes that have previously used labels and WILL fine up to $10,000 per label reuse. 😰
One of the main downsides is that there is no insurance on shipments with re-used labels. 🚫📦 This means your package won't be protected if anything goes wrong in transit. 😔 Plus, there is no tracking through our provider for re-used labels as well. 📉
To avoid disappointment and potentially not being paid, please use the label issued for the quote you submitted. ✅ If in doubt, just check the label to see if the quote # matches what you just submitted. 🔍 Plus, we always email your label right after your quote confirmation, and it's always available to download in your My Account attached to your quote. Easy peasy! 💯
