When your DEEP in the routines of life, the thoughts of doubt come in FAST and that voice of fear gets LOUD.
How do you navigate the pressure?
As my moms would say, “Just Breathe…”.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is take a moment to breathe, to get into ourselves and out of our heads.
Mindfulness requires emptiness of the mind so that we can take control of the rhythms we operate from.
Sounds confusing?
Think about it like this; the moments when things seem to just work themselves out or thinking about someone and they call. The very thing you once worried about turns out to be something that helped you out. That is mindfulness.
The moment in between inhale and exhale is unsure and that is where peace is found. ☮️ A split second where life is felt and seems to settle. That is peace.
Peace is not the absence of problems, challenges, or even struggle it’s the acceptance of them and the ability to move forward despite them.
Lately, the ups and downs have felt like a roller coaster ride I didn’t ask to get on. A ride that has been scary uncertain and at times painful.
Yet, when I I feel a sense of relief because I am breathing and know I am alive. “Tough times don’t last, tough people do.” -
