1 year after to create a softer more feminine look. Rhinoplasty is about small meaningful maneuvers that allow the nose to fit the face better while preserving structure and function. Happy patient and a happy surgeon!

One month after . My lovely patient had undergone two previous surgeries in Russia. The front part of her septum was almost completely missing which required reconstruction with a caudal septal replacement graft. She desired and more feminine and defined nose that didn’t plunge with smiling. Although it’s still very early in the healing process, and she has a long way to go with swelling resolution, she already has some visible improvements. Looking great so far, and we are looking forward to her continued healing process!

3 months after for my lovely patient who desired a change that maintained her ethnicity but de-emphasized her nose and allowed her other features to shine. She had moderately thick skin which required good structure and augmentation of her upper bridge and strong tip support. She’s been healing great and already loves her new look. We are so happy for her !

1 month very early result after in my beautiful patient who was looking for softening and refinement of her bridge and tip. She still has a way to go with regard to swelling but is already very happy with the increased confidence it has provided her. She’s super nice and down to earth, and we are very happy for her and look forward to her continued process on the healing journey!

THICK SKIN: Early one month result on my super nice patient who didn’t like her dorsal hump and the drooping nasal tip. Her skin is thick so strong was required to provide a result that’s built to last. She has a way to go in the healing process, but is already happy with her result. .

Only four weeks after . While remains the gold standard for lower face and neck rejuvenation, in the right candidate, FaceTite by (which uses radio frequency energy) can provide a very nice outcome while avoiding a big surgical procedure and the incisions that go with it. The best candidates have mild laxity, mild skin excess, reasonable skin elasticity, and no neck muscle banding. This is a very early result and we can expect to see continued improvement for the next 3 to 6 months as the collagen maturation continues.

My beautiful patient just got married and sent me some wedding photos 7 months after her that she was so confident in! No more concerns about how her nose distracted from her striking features. I’m so happy for her, as she’s super nice, upbeat and with great positive energy! Happy ! I love getting these photos from happy patients. Enjoy the weekend everyone!

5 months after de-projection for excessively long tip cartilages, a dorsal hump, and a drooping nasal tip. These types of rhinoplasties (bringing the tip closer to the face) require many adjustments and counter-adjustments and can be very tricky. Strong is key to support the forces of healing as the skin shrinks to a smaller frame work. She’s still going to get more tip refinement as the months go by, but we are both quite happy with her results thus far! results are the key to a timeless outcome.

4 months post primary for my lovely patient. While there is still refinement to come in the months of healing ahead, we can already see the improved shape and symmetry of her nose. She wanted a smaller nose that didn’t distract from her striking features yet looked and un-operated. She’s already super happy with the confidence it’s provided her and expressed tears of joy during her recent visit. We are so happy for her!
