✨ That’s a really valid question — and I’m glad you’re asking!
To feel your best during your session, eat something light and nourishing about 30–60 minutes before:

✅ A banana or an apple
✅ A small handful of nuts
✅ Yogurt or a light smoothie
✅ Whole grain toast with avocado

💧Don’t forget to hydrate — but skip heavy meals, caffeine, and fizzy drinks.

I don’t know about you, my dear clients and followers, but learning even simple facts about the menstrual cycle was eye-opening for me.

It helped me finally understand why some days I’m full of energy and ideas — and other days I just don’t feel like doing anything at all.

And guess what? That’s totally okay. 🩷
It all depends on where we are in our cycle — our productivity, motivation, even our emotions shift naturally.

Learning to honor that instead of fighting it? Game changer. 🌸
