If there is one curse of our time that is hard to escape, it is electro-magnetic fields. Electric appliances, WiFi, cellphones, electric cables in walls, computers, watches, etc etc etc. These invisible fields are all around us. Kid yourself not: they do interact with living organisms, like us. We can hardly escape them all the time, unless we relocate to some remote island. But what we can do is take a daily holiday from them. How hard would it be to create an electro-smog free bedroom? We spend a good part of our day in bed, at least we should. 6-8 hours seem to around the norm for most people. How about building ourselves a well-deserved sanctuary where we can truly unwind and recover. It is relatively easy. Remove all electric appliances from your bedroom, even lights. Remove all electric cables from the walls surrounding your bedroom. If you can, use materials in those walls that shield from electro-magnetic fields. Turn your WiFi off at night. Turn your phone off. Turn all appliances off at night that can be turned off. If you can, install a master-switch for an electric circuit in your house that has all appliances that do not need to stay on. You would even save money doing so. And then go to bed, knowing that you gave your body and your mind the rest they deserve.
