This is Day 21 of my book, The Compass Leads the Way /La Brujula Marca el Camino (Spanish Edition). Quick 5-10 minute daily meditation- Some of the most profound meditations are the simplest. I love using the Ho'Oponopono meditation. It gives the practitioner a sense of healing, relief from burden and connection. Use it during troubled times. When challenged, I will often sit and do this meditation a few times a day for a few days until I feel over the heaviness of the situation.

Sit still. Place your hands on your thighs. Relax your body and breath. Close your eyes and just let these simple phrases repeat in your mind's voice. Sit as long as comfortable. Allow for these phrases to be your Mantras to soothe you.
