✨An effective workout has 4 specific signs:
1️⃣You get hot/sweaty.
2️⃣Your muscles burn.
🔥3️⃣You feel the heaviness of the weight through muscle fatigue and muscle failure.
4️⃣You are breathless.
🏃♀️Doing cardio alone won’t deliver that because it leads to muscle loss.
