Wishing a loving farewell to our dear friend & FIRST Nest practitioner, Sabina ❤️

Sabina is closing her NYC chapter (of over 20 years) and we will truly miss her. She was the first acupuncturist to make the jump to join when we first opened our doors in 2019 & she created such a grounding and sacred space for receiving her signature style of acupuncture and tui na treatment (we will so miss receiving her healing sessions). Sabina also weathered the storm of the pandemic shut down and aftermath with us, and helped us bring our space and community back to life, with joy and humor.

Sabina, thank you for being Such an integral part of our community! We will miss you and wish you so much luck and happiness for your new chapter. ❤️❤️❤️

This gorgeous, light filled treatment room is now available to any wellness or movement practitioner in need of a new safe and happy home. The space is complete with tasteful furnishings @ happy plants, beautiful art by , superior air filtration by , and view by NYC’s Empire State Building ☺️.

Available for part or full time use. Includes access to the full Nest Wellness space (back office, private kitchen & bathroom, storage, etc). We have an incredible community here and are thrilled to be growing.

We want to shine a light on the talented practitioners who are part of the Nest Wellness community. The first is Sabina Maez, the founder of . She is one of the first practitioners who made the leap to move into Nest when we opened in the summer of 2019... and she is an integral and infinitely positive part of this space!! 🌙🌙 Sabina is a highly trained acupuncturist, and her education, experience with healing, the arts, and a life-long connection to nature form the the foundation from which she creates profound, safe and comfortable healing experiences for her patients. Through her work (and her grounding and compassionate nature!), she inspires and supports people to live at their highest potential.

This beautiful and serene space, with high ceilings, huge windows, soundproofing, and furnishings, could be yours! In the past, this room has been shared and home to acupuncturists, massage therapists, nutritionists, meditation teachers, and holistic estheticians (good vibes only!). It is available for either part time or full time monthly rentals.
