Proud of Paul for accomplishing his goals and for an incredible transformation. I exist to not just help people like Paul change their lives but also to show what we are truly capable of mentally and physically. He also achieved his goal of hiking 230 miles in 3 weeks last summer and at a high elevation at 62 years old!! I mean come on ๐Ÿ‘

And when you donโ€™t face or challenge your core pains you will never learn to truly care about yourself and make it the โ€œlifestyleโ€ you want to have.

๐ŸšจWays to help you move forward and gain confidence in your goals

๐Ÿ”‘ Focus on reducing anxiety. In many cases, self-destructive behavior is rooted in anxiety.
Seeking support and guidance will only help you in your life, especially your physical and mental health.

๐Ÿ”‘ Create a wellness tracking journal. While keeping a journal just for your personal wellness and writing about your goals, you may start to notice yourself complaining about the same things over and over. You can share these thoughts with a coach, therapist or your support group. It can also help you become more self aware!

๐Ÿ”‘ Ensure you have realistic plan and goal.
If you need to give too much or setting up for disappointment, they need to be adjusted to be more doable. In doing so, consider setting small achievable goals that build on one another, instead of setting one larger goal. No shame is staring small, we all start in level 1 and get better along the way.

He struggled with chronic pain, injuries, Ignorant trainers and health conditions through his 30s and 40s. His demanding job, schedule and stress caused him to start losing hope in his weight loss and fitness.

He trains consistently about 3 times a week, focuses on making daily healthy habits, goal setting sessions every 4 weeks and most importantly we created a mental strategy to combat negative emotions about pain, sleep and inconsistency. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Iโ€™ve created a optimal personalized program specifically for his busy schedule and made sure to track his mindset and consistency not just weekly but before every session. I created a system called โ€œThe Client Journey Modelโ€ to help clients build self efficacyโญ๏ธ ๐Ÿ’ก

He trains about 3 times a week CONSISTENTLY, focuses on putting at least 10min a day to go over my nutrition course and put it into practice and most importantly we created a healthy habit strategy to combat negative emotions and inconsistency.

Hey everyone! Letโ€™s get personal and real. Iโ€™ve struggled just like many of you have. I know what it feels like to lose weight, gain it back, lose it again, get depression, gain it back ect. ๐Ÿ’ข

Through my teen years, I grew up very overweight and dealt with depression. I was bullied in school because of my weight and social anxiety. I isolated myself from friends and family. I then decided to take action and had my parents get me a gym membership. I lost 65 pounds in a year. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

I then struggled with social anxiety, body dysmorphia and depression in my early and mid 20s that caused me to have a yo-yo effect on my overall health, mental health and my weight. I challenged myself to overcome these barriers without medicine and i know from day one i would love to help others do the same! I am not against pills or therapy, in fact i encourage them as a last resort but i know that if i can break the cycle by challenging the body and the mind, i can conquer just about any obstacle life throws at me! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

I have fallen in love with challenging myself mentally and physically. Not just caused it helped me calm my depression and anxiety but because it has made me a STRONGER and more REFLECTIVE person.โญ๏ธโญ๏ธ
