YOGA WALKABOUT IN INWOOD HILL PARK starts Sept. 17th
We're back! We enjoy yoga stretches and poses interspersed with walking through the beautiful historic Inwood Forest.
We meet at 10 AM-11AM at the flagpole near the entrance to Inwood Hill Park, at Seaman and Isham. We do a 10-minute sign in and warm-up, before entering the forest. If you arrive late, our first stop is Shorackapock Rock for tree pose variations. We then move to the benches by the marsh for sun salutations. We end at Muscota Marsh for seated yoga stretches.

Do I need any equipment for this program?
No mats or other equipment needed. Participants do need appropriate footwear such as sneakers or running shoes.
