If you have not yet signed up for the March pranayama series, there is still time. There are extra Wednesdays this March and we can send you the recording of the last session. We really want to grow this program for so that we can demonstrate the interest in breath, work for stress, anxiety, depression, pain, motor skills and cognitive function digestion and in general well-being.
