It is my desire to support clients in finding greater awareness and self-acceptance, as well as more meaningful, authentic connections in the world. My belief is that each of us has the capacity to be creative and thus to create a life that is more fully in alignment with our true self. My experience includes work with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, addictions, eating disorders, mental and medical illness.

They work with veterans, folks struggling with addiction, folks struggling with eating disorders, grief, trauma recovery and medical and mental health concerns.
