Very pretty 59 years young lady one year following deep plane facelift, lower lid autologous fat grafts, browlift and radiofrequency microneedling for skin rejuvenation. When indicated combining procedures produces an elegant result with no visible scars and the same hairline on the forehead and the side burn area. Her hairstyle is exactly the same as preoperative. There is no need to try to hide scars along the hairline, using my everyday techniques! How do you think I did this?

⬅️ I began my lectures by giving my facelift history which included my publication in 1979 demonstrating the platysma techniques which are in use today.
