For this patient, we placed half a syringe in the lips and around the mouth to create balance throughout the lower face.

0 units vs 80 units 💉👀

The more units injected into a muscle, the more that muscle relaxes.

More relaxation = less movement + results that typically last longer. 🧘🏽

When too few units are used (“baby Botox”), the muscle may still move a lot — and the results can wear off faster.

On our lovely patient, we used ½ syringe of Juvederm Ultra to softly enhance her natural shape — not change it.
Added just a tiny drop into the corners (oral commissures) to subtly lift and brighten her smile.

No overfilling, no stiffness — just hydrated, balanced, and refreshed lips 😚

Perfect example of how less can truly be more!
