The goal isn’t to change your eyes — it’s to refresh them.

Before & after upper blepharoplasty in a late-40s patient, performed by Dr. Hooman Khorasani.

Over time, excess upper eyelid skin can create a tired, heavy appearance that no amount of sleep or skincare will fix. Upper blepharoplasty carefully removes and refines that excess tissue — restoring a brighter, more open look while keeping your natural eyelid contours intact.

Subtle. Refreshed. Still you.

Quadruple board certification doesn’t happen overnight.

Dr. Hooman Khorasani’s advanced training in Dermatology, Mohs Micrographic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, and Facial Cosmetic Surgery represents more than 23,000 hours of specialized clinical and surgical experience — all completed after undergraduate and medical school education.

His journey began at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he graduated summa cm laude with a bachelor’s degree in Physiological Sciences.
He then earned his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, graduating with highest distinction and in the top 5% of his class.

To refine his reconstructive expertise, Dr. Khorasani completed:
 • A General Surgery internship at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center
 • A research fellowship in Plastic Surgery at USC, focused on minimal-scar wound repair
 • 3 years of Dermatology training at New York Medical College Metropolitan Hospital, where he was appointed Chief Resident
 • An advanced fellowship in Procedural Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, with intensive training in oncologic, dermatologic, and cosmetic surgery

Decades of academic and surgical refinement.
A comprehensive approach where medical precision and aesthetic judgment meet.

Because when health, reconstruction, and aesthetics intersect — experience matters.

When precision meets artistry ✨

In this case, Dr. Khorasani performed a fat transfer to the breasts to refine the results of a prior breast implant surgery. The patient presented with a wider-than-desired gap between the breasts and noticeable asymmetry.

Using carefully harvested and purified fat from the patient’s own body, Dr. Khorasani strategically grafted volume to improve balance, enhance cleavage, and create a more harmonious contour — all while maintaining a natural look and feel.

Fat transfer is a powerful tool in revision breast surgery. It allows for subtle sculpting, softening implant edges, correcting contour irregularities, and restoring symmetry without adding or exchanging implants.

The result? ✔️ Improved symmetry ✔️ Reduced spacing between the breasts ✔️ Natural contour refinement

Revision surgery requires experience, judgment, and an artistic eye — and every plan is tailored to the individual anatomy and goals of the patient.

Radiesse injections — immediate contour, long-term collagen support.

Radiesse is a biostimulatory injectable that restores volume while stimulating your body’s natural collagen production. The result: structure, lift, and skin quality improvement that continues to evolve over time.

In addition to traditional placement for facial contouring, hyperdilute Radiesse can be used to improve skin laxity and texture in areas such as the lower face, neck, décolletage, and even the body. By diluting the product, it acts more as a collagen stimulator than a volumizer — helping firm and strengthen thinning skin.

Radiesse can help with: • Cheek and jawline contouring • Deep smile lines (nasolabial folds) • Marionette lines • Chin definition • Hand rejuvenation • Skin tightening and texture improvement with hyperdilute technique

Diet and exercise won’t always fix it — and that’s okay.

Before & after abdominal liposuction in a young woman targeting stubborn belly fat that wouldn’t respond to consistent diet and exercise.

Some fat is simply resistant — it’s genetic, not a discipline problem. Liposuction isn’t about weight loss. It’s about precision body contouring: sculpting the abdomen, refining shape, and creating smoother definition while keeping natural proportions intact.

This is targeted sculpting for the areas that won’t budge on their own.

A mole on the eyelid is one of the most delicate removals there is.

Before & after upper eyelid mole removal, performed by Dr. Hooman Khorasani using precise surgical excision.

The upper eyelid is one of the thinnest, most sensitive areas of the face — there’s almost no margin for error. Complete lesion removal has to be balanced with preserving natural eyelid contour, function, and a result that heals cleanly.

This is where precision matters most.

Small detail, big difference.
Before & after otoplasty earlobe surgery focused on restoring balance, symmetry, and a natural appearance — performed by Dr. Hooman Khorasani.

Stretched, torn, or elongated earlobes are more common than people think — from heavy earrings, gauges, or simply time. The fix is subtle but transformative. Dr. Khorasani’s approach as a quadruple board-certified physician with advanced training in dermatology and facial cosmetic surgery prioritizes precision, proper healing, and results that look natural — not surgical.

Sometimes the smallest correction makes the biggest impact.

Every scar tells a different story. Every treatment plan should too 💙

Modern scar treatment can dramatically improve texture, color, and overall appearance. The key? Getting the right treatment for YOUR specific scar type.

Because here’s the truth: scar revision is a journey, not a trip. Most patients need multiple treatment modalities to truly address all aspects of their scar — and that’s exactly how we approach it.

What matters most?
- Scar TYPE (surgical, acne, keloid, traumatic)
- Scar AGE (new vs. old)
- Your SKIN type
- Your GOALS

Our approach: Fully customized treatment plans tailored to YOU.

Each patient in this video had a completely different treatment journey — because that’s what real results require.

Brides ask me this ALL the time: “Will I look frozen in my wedding photos?” ❄️💉

The answer is no — if you know the timing and technique.

Here’s the truth: The “frozen” look happens when Botox is done too close to your wedding day OR when too much is used in too few areas.

The sweet spot? 6 weeks before your wedding. By then, results have settled, any initial stiffness is gone, and you look like the most polished, rested version of YOU.

Your wedding photos should capture real joy, real emotion, real you — just with impossibly smooth skin.
