🤸‍♀️You will be guided through alignment, technique, modifications and learn to develop the power in your core strength. With helpful tools to develop your own headstand, forearm balance and handstand practice, you will discover possibility in these poses while letting go of fears and limitations.

❗️Last chance to register for the Kids Yoga Training happening this weekend!

🧘The focus of the training will be to give you all the tools you need to bring movement (yoga), breathwork (relaxation) and meditation (mindfulness) to Kids ages 4-9 and learn not only how to organize a class, but also learn how to utilize these tools independently and why these tools are so important to share wlth kids!

🧘‍♀️The training will be led by 200RYT and Certified Kids Yoga Teacher
and you will receive a certificate upon completion. You will be a part of two live Kids classes during the weekend to land the learning. The training is open to ALL - you do not need to be a yoga or school teacher to participate. You do not need to currently practice at the studio to attend.

Friday 9/29 6pm-9pm
Sat 9/30 11am-6pm
Sun 10/1 11am-6pm
There will be short breaks each day and a 45-minute lunch break on Saturday and Sunday

⭐️The learning is interactive - please bring your yoga mat, journal, or notebook and pen, snacks and water
