This is why meditation is so important!
Not only does meditation help you to get clear on your intention, but like discussed yesterday, meditation can help us move from Survival mode into creation mode. That is those loving thoughts, kind acts, fun, high vibing spirits.
Personally, I was always stressed out. I had become so accustom to living that way that I had chronic knots in my necks and always felt impending doom. Though I've been at my health and wellness journey for a bit, it wasn't until this year that I really took a turn for the better. I knew I wanted more joy out of life, I wanted to wake up and be excited about the day no matter what it held for me.
My brain has always been very go go go and getting into meditation was tough for me. I think a lot of people experience this. But when I added breathwork I was more easily able to get into that meditative state. After being able to get deeper into those meditations, I became clear on my intention. Then my next step was to elevate my emotions. I exercised more, I did more deep breathing, I signed up for courses in things that I love and aligned with me, I spent more time outside, I told more people I loved them, I checked in on more friends to see what they were doing. Anything to raise my vibration. I didn't do these things because I knew I needed to, I genuinely wanted to...and they became easier as my vibrational energy got higher.
I will be doing breathwork and meditation videos later this week and next so that you can see a bit what the practice looks like. And you can reap the benefits that I've found to be so helpful as well
