I think I wanna be an athlete again. Last year I ran up the stairs of the Freedom Tower in NYC and loved it.

Doing it again in a month.

Last Year’s Time: 24:46
This Year’s Goal: 22:30

Secretly going to gun it and try and get sub 20.

Hitting the stair master for the first time in my life.

Crushing great times but I don’t think the stair master is a great read.

What training should I do? Roughly 5 weeks out.
