12 years ago I was posting these little “healing with food” graphics and I remember thinking how savvy they were. 😂
Some of you have been here since the beginning, and I still remember how tight this little community felt…even as it expanded! Social media has shifted so much over the years, but those early conversations about food and healing shaped the work I do today — and I’m still just as passionate about it now as I was then.
