As promised, I’ll now be sharing a number of protocols you can start following today. When you use them, you may find that your situation is no longer stressful or is at least solvable. SOLVING THE PROBLEM Step 1: Assume that there is a solution to your problem, but you just haven’t found it yet. Before a baseball player hits the ball, he has to get into position. Before a tennis player returns a serve, she gets into a ready position. Before you can solve a problem, you must be in position as well. To be in the position to find a solution, you must assume that there is a solution that you have not yet thought of. This puts you into an active challenging position as opposed to an accepting one.
