Just as the Earth renews and re-aligns Herself, so must we. Time to reset and recharge! Connect with Metta Zol Reiki to book a session, package to carry you through the rest of the season, or host a party to commune with the people who help you shine. The world seems to be going mad but we are going to be alright!! We must be.

In the spirit of self-care for transformation, Metta Zol Reiki is again hosting its annual summer salon series on July 15th and 22nd. Appointments are available between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM at our favorite Bronx yoga and dance studio. Special rates for individual sessions and packages are available for sessions through August 5th if pre-booked and paid by July 3, 2018. [Public school educators and mental health practitioners inquire for special discounts.]

Finally, I am booking private salons in your home or space, with a special gift for the host or hostess: your session FREE with 5 paid bookings! Salons are tailored to your unique vision, needs, and interest and may incorporate reiki and/or mindfulness meditation in a space of your choice. Take a moment, reflect, and assess. Ask yourself the simple question: "what do I need now?", and then move accordingly.

Three years ago today, we opened our doors to a new venture, new adventure and a day of peace here at 876 Gerard Ave. Sweet Water Dance & Yoga was inspired by love for this community and a vision that wellness is our birth right. It was born out of the desire of a mother, like so many mothers, to do better for herself and her family. In these three years, we have grown, and learned and developed in ways we never imagined. Our love for our selves and our community has also grown and learned and developed in ways we never imagined. We THANK YOU, family and community, South Bronx, Greater Bronx, and New York City, for allowing us to serve you and grow with you. We are humbled and inspired by your belief in us, and your continued support.
