SVA Student Health and Counseling

SVA Student Health and Counseling Services are provided free of charge and confidential. Medical services are not available on-site.

A registered nurse is available for health education and assistance in locating community health resources in the New York City area. Health resources, such as walk-in clinics and hospitals, can be found under the Download section of this site. Therapists and a part-time psychiatrist provide short-term therapy for a variety of issues. Counseling services are available in the summer for students li

ving on campus and/or attending summer classes and registered for the fall semester. Students should call or email to make an appointment.
