Happy Myth vs. Fact Monday 🩺
This week we’re dispelling the myth that pregnancy is limited strictly to the ovulation day.
Fact: While ovulation is the time when an egg is released, s***m can live in the reproductive tract for up to five days. That means pregnancy can occur from in*******se that happens before ovulation — not just on the exact day itself.
Because cycles can vary month to month, it’s not always possible to predict ovulation with complete accuracy. If you’re trying to conceive — or trying to prevent pregnancy — understanding your cycle and using reliable contraception when needed is essential.
