Feeling better, truly, is what pushes us towards our best, most happiest path.

Its impossible to feel good all the time, thats natural. But its not impossible to control where you are placing your energy.

Which is fundamentally what controls how you feel, try this to see what we mean:

Think of your favorite food and eating it β€” isn’t your mouth actually watering now without it? Just by thinking of it?

What about your favorite scent? How does it make you feel thinking of it now?

See so your feelings are impacted by what you give energy to and what thoughts you are thinking about it.

These super simple things actually help you feel better and make a difference because

1. Their easy to do and so make a habit (where change begins)

2. They create measurable change and are based on science.

Example

- 1. Positive energy (peace, happiness, connection, confidence etc) make your heart heathier and your mind clearer, actually its been measured in studies (HMI)

- 2. Affirmations in the morning & night not only help you think more positively but during those times your subconscious brain (the one that controls most of what you see/do automatically) is most impressionable and open

-3. Resistance where you stand now only leads to more, with compassion, you are creating true, gentle aligned change you won’t feel empty with after

One of the biggest reasons i stayed stuck?

i added expectations to my growth, not knowing it looks different each day

if you’ve ever felt like growth means

- to do it all or nothing
- look a certain way like you may see others
- or even feel the same each day

β€” its not your fault, & its pretty natural to feel that way.

The thing is.. it only leads to feeling more stuck

Thats why the first step to true growth is releasing any ideas, expectations, standards of what it may look like…

And taking small simple real steps that feel like growth to you by understanding every day looks different

What looks like 10 steps today, may be 1 tommorow.. and guess what?

Thats perfectly okay!

Dont expect yourself to show up the same each day because everyday changes

Lastly, If you feel stuck, try this

- Shrink the goal until it feels almost too easy
(Instead of β€œfix my life” β†’ β€œclean one drawer”)

- Ask: what would make today feel 1% better/fulfilling?
Not perfect. Just better.

- Decide what growth looks like for you today β€” not what it looks like for someone else.

Growth isnt really about intensity, its about authenticity
