Feeling better, truly, is what pushes us towards our best, most happiest path.
Its impossible to feel good all the time, thats natural. But its not impossible to control where you are placing your energy.
Which is fundamentally what controls how you feel, try this to see what we mean:
Think of your favorite food and eating it β isnβt your mouth actually watering now without it? Just by thinking of it?
What about your favorite scent? How does it make you feel thinking of it now?
See so your feelings are impacted by what you give energy to and what thoughts you are thinking about it.
These super simple things actually help you feel better and make a difference because
1. Their easy to do and so make a habit (where change begins)
2. They create measurable change and are based on science.
Example
- 1. Positive energy (peace, happiness, connection, confidence etc) make your heart heathier and your mind clearer, actually its been measured in studies (HMI)
- 2. Affirmations in the morning & night not only help you think more positively but during those times your subconscious brain (the one that controls most of what you see/do automatically) is most impressionable and open
-3. Resistance where you stand now only leads to more, with compassion, you are creating true, gentle aligned change you wonβt feel empty with after
