Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga returns to beginning March 2nd!
We are very excited to welcome back the Mysore-Style method of Ashtanga Yoga on our morning class schedule with who has been teaching Mysore classes since 2009.
In the mysore-style class each student moves through the set series of Ashtanga Yoga postures at their own pace, receiving individual adjustments, and one-on-one instruction from the teacher in a group setting.
Itβs a highly individualized, meditative and therapeutic approach to Ashtanga Practice.
If youβve been taking our guided Ashtanga classes at New Vibe Yoga and are looking to deepen your practice, whether that would be slowing down, refining, or advancing, our Mysore classes will be a great opportunity to practice in a more focused and individualized way.
