Affirmations are a great tool to reprogram your subconscious mind. I recommend writing these or any other affirmations on post its and spread them around your home, your room, in places that they are visible to remind you of your power.

With time you will see the changes is your reality. This is a great way to start reprogramming your subconscious and conscious mind of any negative self talk.
