When Emily and her husband, Juan, found out they were expecting quadruplets, they were speechless for 20 minutes. You can only imagine their (and our) reaction when Lenox Hill Hospital’s Dr. Robert Mele, DNP, NNP (Bobby) who is also a quadruplet, was tasked with helping deliver the babies.

It's been a little over a year since we were the first hospital in New York State to offer the CVAC System for patients suffering from kidney stones.

This minimally invasive device is endoscopically threaded into the kidney through the urethra allowing the surgeon to effectively remove stones with extremely promising results.
