This is so cool. We’ve been doing alot of full spine lengthening in YBR (Yamuna Body Rolling) classes lately. Last night specifically first releasing the spine by the “tail”, rolling through the low back, lengthening the thoracic spine and 360 degree length and release around the neck. Talk about “float”. Pectoral release, hip float. Amazing that this comes on my feed the day after. If you’re an athlete, and you’re not Body Rolling, you’re missing a key ingredient to getting faster and staying injury free!
