Pull-up Tip:
-In order to get better at pull-ups, you have to do pull-ups.
-Supplemental work helps.
-Lat Pulldowns alone won’t cut it..

Eccentric pull-ups:
Jump up to the bar, hold for 2 seconds and lower yourself down slowly. (Tempo 1:4)
Complete 5-7reps (to start) 3 rounds

Try out these 3ļøāƒ£ b***y-building exercises:

1. Hip Thrusts: Activate your glutes like never before! Hip thrusts isolate the posterior chain, sculpting and strengthening your b***y for a firm, lifted look.
2. Romanian Deadlifts: Target your hamstrings and glutes with this killer exercise! Keep your back straight as you hinge at the hips and lower the barbell, then squeeze your glutes to return to standing position.
3. Glute Bridges: Feel the burn with glute bridges! Lie on your back, bend your knees, and lift your hips off the ground, squeezing your glutes at the top for maximum activation.

Bonus Tip: Don’t forget to incorporate variations like Bulgarian split squats and step ups for a well-rounded glute workout! šŸ”„
