DIRECTIONS
** By bus:. From Manhattan - M11 Bus directly into the park. From Bronx - Cross-town BX19 to Riverbank

** By subway: Westside IRT #9 (skip service) to 145th Street. Walk one block west. The (1) train stops at 145th St and Broadway--one block from park's main entrance on 145th Street and River side Drive.. The (9) skip-stop train operates only during weekday rush hours. At all other times, the (1) train makes all stops along the line

** By car: Take Henry Hudson Parkway South, bear left and exit at Riverside Drive, continue South on Riverside Drive to 145th Street, turn right to enter the park.

PASSENGER CARS AND VANS -- you will be permitted to enter the park, go to the unloading zone (traffic Circle) where you may discharge passengers and you will be given a parking permit and directions to the parking lot underneath the park, reserved for FIRST Competition participant car parking.

Driving Directions
By Car from the NYS Thruway: Take Major Deegan Expressway South; exit at the 155th Street Bridge, turn right & bear right off the bridge onto 155th Street, continue straight to Broadway, turn left and continue to 145th Street, turn right and continue down the hill one block to the entrance of the park.
By Car from New Jersey: Take George Washington Bridge (lower level) to Henry Hudson Parkway South, bear left and exit at Riverside Drive, continue South on Riverside Drive to 145th Street, turn right to enter the park.
By Car from Long Island: Take Whitestone Bridge to Cross-Bronx Expressway, take Westside Highway exit, bear left to Riverside Drive exit, turn right off the exit and continue straight to Riverside Drive to 145th Street. Turn right into the park.

Anyone requiring a parking pass will need to stop at the Ranger Booth at 145th Street upper level and ask the ranger for one to park in the lower level.

If the elevator is out of service you will have to use the stairs to come back up to the State Park.

Drop off in traffic circle then look for our signature color balloons. Parking on the upper level is reserved for patrons with special needs or those who require reasonable accommodations. If you have anyone from your party that has special needs, please inbox us to arrange accommodations.

For those of you parking in the lower level of Riverbank.

Directions to Lower Level Parking Lot
1. Discharge passengers or cargo inside the state park first (upstairs 145st street).

2. Return to 145th Street exit gate, continue up the hill to Broadway. Turn right on Broadway.

4. Travel south on Broadway, turn right on 138th Street. At dead end, turn left.

5. Right turn at stop sign, TURN RIGHT again WHEN YOU SEE THE NYC DEP Guard Booth. Show your Lower Level Parking Pass and proceed straight ahead to the next Guard Booth.

6. Park and secure your vehicle as per directions of Park Rangers. Walk short distance to North Elevator Tower.

Take elevator or stairs to upper level of Riverbank State Park.

Permits should be placed on the dashboard and visible at all times.
