Follow along for more of my skin tips that actually make a difference. For my next tip, make sure you aren’t over doing it on the acids and active ingredients. I know it may be confusing with the availability of all these products, but truth be told keep it as simple as you can. If you introduce something new, do it very slowly and gradually increase it. Your skin needs to get used to it. When we over exfoliate, it causes the skin barrier to be disrupted and leaves it in a state of inflammation. Alternate between barrier repair nights and exfoliation or active nights.
