My tip of the day is
Use balls on one side of the body at a time for most effective release.
Doing it on one side encourages focus and targeted awareness.
Our 2 sides are different.
And find the soft tissues, not the bones and joints.
TFL release has been my GO TO mobilization of the week for pelvic hip and lumbar pain.
