Day 19 of our 31 day if you can not perform this particular burpee you can do basics for 75 repsπŸ”»75 Burpee variations πŸ”Ί75 Burpees a day ♦️The Challenge: Each day we will post a different type of Burpee. Perform 75 reps of that particular Burpee. Do it by sets or do it straight, just do it!!!!! Share your videos and hashtag
