社區健康部是個全方位服務部門，專為社區成員推廣健康教育和提升社區健康。
CHS is a comprehensive resource for AAPI communities, in increasing health knowledge and improving health outcomes

華策會愛滋病服務是一個全方位的愛滋病服務部門，為紐約市欠缺英語能力的亞裔居民提供多項服務。
本部門為社區提供一系列愛滋病相關服務，服務以推廣、防範教育、發展規劃及社群交流多方面進行。本部門亦為感染愛滋病或受其影響的人提供個案支授服務，內容包括輔導、支援團體及個案管理。
愛滋病服務部的目標在於加強大眾對愛滋病疫情的了解、教育大眾預防其蔓延及保障被愛滋病影響、受其感染或身患愛滋病的人得到良好的服務。
我們的服務人員均具雙語及中外文化知識，可以大眾提供適合其個人文化背景及語言能力的多元化服務。

CPC's HIV/AIDS Services raises the consciousness of HIV/AIDS in the Asian and Pacific Islander communities by providing various educational outreach events, prevention information, case management, supportive services, advocacy and referral for HIV testing. The program uses its cultural and linguistic expertise to conduct outreach to the Chinese-American community. In addition, CPC HIV/AIDS program ensures quality service for those who are affected, infected or living with AIDS by providing access to care and support.

Our Story

華策會社區健康部將透過健康教育及各項服務來宣導、提倡及促進社區健康並豐富社區成員的生活。

華策會社區健康部為社區提供全方位服務。本部門推廣防範教育，並提供轉介輔導、支援團體及個案管理以提升社區健康生活品質。更重要的是，為反映華策會的服務宗旨：促進美國華人、移民、及低收入社區在社會及經濟上擁有自主權；本部門因應美國華人、移民、及低收入社區對健康需求轉變並與紐約其他移民族群建立良好關係。

CPC Community Health Services (CHS) will enrich community members’ lives through health programs and services that educate, inspire, and empower healthy outcomes.

CPC-CHS is a comprehensive resource for our community, including prevention services through education/awareness, as well as the provision of referrals and linkage to care to improve health outcomes. More importantly, we will be able to align our services’ goals with CPC’s mission statement of “promoting social and economic empowerment of our communities” by adapting to the evolving health needs of Chinese American, immigrant, and low-income communities, as well as foster relationships with other immigrant communities in NYC.
