With 30 years experience in movement, her curated systems keep her young and active as she approaches 60. Gyrotonic Expansion System consists of both a collection of Gyrotonic equipment and the isometric modality without equipment, called Gyrokinesis. Pilates is a rejuvenating practice that was created by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900's to improve posture and alignment issues. By bringing awareness to the core (the deep abdominal and back muscles). It activates the body’s supportive musculature, stabilizes the spinal column and pelvic structure in dynamic movement.

Movement has always been a big part of my life as far as I can remember. Since my 20's I've gravitated to disciplines that improved dance technique, weight management, daily stresses, and enhanced overall wellbeing.

As a forever student committed to learning from some of the industry’s most notable teachers, I hold certifications in a multitude of disciplines, which include the following:
Gyrotonic (on specialized Gyrotonic equipment)
Gyrokinesis ( Gyrotonic modality on stool and mat )
Yoga Narada (founded by Hilary Cartwright of The Royal Ballet)
Classical Pilates on specialized equipment and in mat format
Nutritional Health Coaching (Institute of Integrative Nutrition), Certified through AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners).

With my passion and expertise I help clients feel young again, healing aches and pains without resorting to medication or drastic measures.
