When you are faced with a health challenge, it is so important to have a support system! I work with women who need help boosting their immune systems as the result of an HPV or cervical dysplasia diagnosis. Symptoms, outbreaks and abnormal cell changes can all be prevented through diet and lifestyle modifications. I also have general programs for women who may not be dealing with these particular issues but need help buffering their immune system so that they can lead healthier lives AND I do individual or group tours of the Bowery Whole Foods Market to teach women how to shop and cook for improved health!
