Our goal is to mobilize and strengthen the full range of the backbend, rather than relying on one part of the spine for movement.
Classes include drills to improve strength & flexibility and skills related to back bending.
You can take class at your own pace, whether you just want to move and feel good, or you have lots of bendy goals. Modifications are available for all bodies.
