A key component of their state-of-the-art care is the Brooklyn Eye Surgery Center — which features the latest technology for laser-assisted and refractive cataract surgery, as well as retinal, glaucoma, and oculoplastic surgery. The convenience of having an on-site surgical center allows physicians of KLM Eye MDs to provide surgical procedures for their patients in an accredited and certified Ambulatory Surgical Center without the need to go to a hospital. KLM Eye MDs also employs a certified contact lens specialist, Barbara Lee, to assist patients with all of their contact lens needs, including complex cases, such as severe astigmatism, keratoconus, and other corneal conditions.
