As a child, adolescent, and family specialist, I view all people as unique individuals, and believe that one size does not fit all. My approach to psychotherapy is based on my experience working with children, teens, and adults in mental health facilities, schools, and private practice settings. I use an Integrative Approach meaning I am trained to use a variety of techniques to help customize your therapeutic experience. My compassionate, and challenging approach urges clients to explore their world view and learn to tolerate thoughts and emotions more effectively while using their innate coping mechanisms to work towards building flexibility. I am a Mental Health Therapist specializing in Cognitivel Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Although my training has been in CBT, I am also skilled in Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interview (MI) approaches. My approach is integrative, strength-focused, and evidenced-based.

But that calm doesn’t mean you were wrong — it means you’ve regulated.

If I wasn’t doing ten things at once, I felt like I was falling behind.

Now I know: peace isn’t passive. It’s a practice.

I still work hard — I just don’t work against myself anymore.
And that’s growth I’ll never apologize for. 💛
