30ml semi-skimmed milk or water

Preparation

Protein Bakmix

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick pan over low heat.

Step 2

Mix 24g of Protein Mix with 30ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) or 30ml of water. Once mixed,
pour the batter into the center of the pan and spread it
evenly until you reach your desired thickness.

Step 3

Cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until
the bottom is golden brown, then flip the pancake
and repeat on the other side.
