"Rhea's treatment is both sophisticated and basic- sophisticated in that she integrates Chinese medicine, Western medicine and spiritual aspects of a treatment as well as the patient's current state and wishes and goals within her treatment. This is highly unusual- not many can do it.
She has treated me for many things ranging from emotional unrest and a severe toe sprain to ni****ne addiction. After 3 weeks of standard ice and advil, her treatment reduced swelling and pain by about 60% by the next morning and it has continued to improve.
Rhea is also able to deliver her needles and move Qi in a non-painful way. Rhea has managed to treat me with minimal pain and maximum effect.
From a Western medicine point of view, she is extensively knowledgable- this is also unusual in an American trained acupuncturist. She is aware of the interactions between Western medical illness and treatment and Chinese medicine. She is careful and thoughtful. Rhea willingly brings this extensive amalgam to her patients. I highly recommend her.
