This weekend, add “improving s***m health” to your routine. Some simple, science-backed steps you can take:

💪Doing at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise
🌿Eating plant-based
🛌Getting eight hours of sleep
😌Relaxing without alcohol (maybe kick off Sober October early?)

Fall’s a great time to launch a s***m improvement plan. You have all-new s***m about every three months. S***m health naturally peaks in January. You can test your s***m now to see where you stand, make healthy lifestyle changes, and test again this winter to see how far you’ve, uh, come.

And if everything looks good, consider freezing your s***m to preserve your fertility at its peak.
