This is my beautiful patient who is now 3 months after a revision rhinoplasty. She was bothered by a persistently wide and asymmetric nasal tip after a previous rhinoplasty, as well as dorsal irregularities. I was able to refine and reshape her tip and smooth out her dorsum.
