A couple weeks ago I had a dream that I was surrounded by beautiful blue butterflies! 🦋 What made this dream special is that I remember the details and feelings. This typically means the dream was more than a dream. The dream state can be used as a way for loved ones in Heaven, including angels, to visit us and deliver messages. Upon waking I asked the angels what the blue butterflies meant. They acknowledged that there are other meanings out there, but when the blue butterflies are from them it means you have a unique purpose and lots of angel support.

This doesn’t mean you have to see them in your dreams. They can appear while meditating, physically or anywhere else the angels guide you to look. Even this post. 🦋

How to know if the butterflies are from them? That’s easy, if you remember this post (or the meaning behind it) when seeing blue butterflies, it’s from them. 💙

Castor oil is all in the news lately but I have been using it for years. Healing hurts. But what hurts more is the refusal of the call to heal.

The true pain of living is the abandonment of self, the mind-body split that makes us fear life.

Our souls may be heavy and tired today, but resistance to life makes life feel a thousand times worse.

Rejection of where we are amplifies suffering.

Until we cannot take it anymore. Until there is no way out but in.

Diving into the blackness, we discover not death but more abundant life.

This is the great paradox of healing, which all great artists and poets and seers have known. We die into our trauma and discover our courage.

The fiercest warriors are the ones who have let life break and remake them a thousand times over.

The gods of healing are calling to you through your pain.

Healing hurts, sometimes, yes - but the hurt itself may eventually heal you.
